Hotdish for dinner on Wednesday, hotdish for lunch on Thursday, and hotdish again for lunch today. Yum. The vial of red liquid you see there is extra-spicy buffalo wing sauce, which makes it even tastier.

I'm not sure I agree with defiling the sublime blandness of hotdish with the introduction of a renegade ingredient, like a vial of hot sauce. Ketchup (or catsup) maybe but hot sauce? Oh Tom.
